Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Wild Dunes Vacation Rentals in Isle of Palms, SC. The role entails hands-on maintenance across guest units and public areas, prioritizing safety and guest comfort.

You’ll respond to work orders, perform inspections, and collaborate with teammates to keep the property in top condition. This onsite position emphasizes proactive problem solving, safety, and high standards of cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, engineering, facilities, or related experience preferred; hospitality or vacation-rental experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and document associate and guest work orders promptly.
• Perform maintenance in guest units, common areas, and equipment with high cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborate with maintenance team to support property upkeep and resolve issues efficiently.
• Conduct regular safety and maintenance inspections and address repairs as needed.
• Complete maintenance checklists and maintain logs.
• Inspect and repair building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE as required.
• Maintain clear records of tasks on daily timesheets and work orders.
• Communicate with management about incomplete tasks or unsafe conditions.
• Greet guests with a smile and provide quick, efficient service.
• Remember guest names and engage courteously in interactions.
• Offer assistance and options to guests to enhance their experience.
• Aim to create a positive guest experience and lasting guest connections.
