Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality in Vermont is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our engineering team. You will perform general maintenance tasks, complete work orders, and help repair and maintain all areas of the property to ensure safety and comfort for guests.

You will collaborate with others, respond to guest requests with a friendly, proactive approach, and uphold high standards for cleanliness, safety, and equipment use.

Qualifications

• Flexibility with work days and hours.
• Basic knowledge in building maintenance with 1+ year in a similar position.
• Experience with basic diagnostic devices and general mechanical/electrical/plumbing/HVAC knowledge.
• People person who enjoys teamwork and guest interaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering personnel with routine repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Respond to guest requests to ensure comfort and safety.
• Maintain guest rooms and public areas with attention to cleanliness and organization.
• Review priorities and special projects and manage daily work assignments.
• Ensure proper use and safety of equipment and maintain time management.
