Job summary

RealManage is seeking an Onsite Maintenance Technician in Ashburn, VA. The role supports upkeep, safety, and appearance of community properties under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, work order management, general upkeep, and identifying safety concerns. Requires hands-on skills in carpentry, plumbing, painting, and related trades; English proficiency and a valid driver's license are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with Carpentry, Concrete, Doors, Drywall, Fencing, Plumbing, and Painting required.
• Experience with Cleaning, Locks, and Gutters is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and routine maintenance on community property and equipment.
• Manage and complete work orders through the work order system.
• Conduct general maintenance, janitorial duties, and groundskeeping.
• Carry out regular inspections of grounds, common areas, and buildings.
• Identify and report needed repairs, improvements, and safety concerns to the Maintenance Manager.
