Responsibilities include completing work orders, routine janitorial tasks, and groundskeeping, plus inspections of grounds and buildings. Skills in carpentry, painting, plumbing, and related trades are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Experience performing preventive and routine maintenance on residential or commercial properties.
• Ability to diagnose common facility issues and execute repairs.
• Familiarity with carpentry, painting, and basic building trades.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and routine maintenance on community property and equipment.
• Manage and complete work orders through the work order system.
• Conduct general maintenance, janitorial duties, and groundskeeping.
• Carry out regular inspections of grounds, common areas, and buildings.
• Identify and report needed repairs, improvements, and safety concerns to the Maintenance Manager.
• Apply knowledge in carpentry, concrete, doors, drywall, fencing, cleaning, gutters, locks, plumbing, and painting.
