Job summary

Eaton’s ES GEIS CHD division is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor onsite at our Washington, PA facility. Lead maintenance activities, supervise technicians, drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and partner with Operations, Engineering, EHS, and Supply Chain to improve equipment reliability and plant performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of two (2) years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of five (5) years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• No immigration sponsorship offered; relocation not provided.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of Washington, PA considered.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise maintenance technicians and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
• Establish priorities and assign work to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective actions to improve reliability.
• Apply cost containment principles when purchasing goods and services.
• Interface with other departments and contractors to ensure day-to-day project completion.
• Support site safety initiatives and enforce lockout/tagout and electrical safety requirements.
• Drive TPM initiatives to reduce unplanned downtime and improve OEE.
• Utilize Lean Manufacturing, TPM and RCA methodologies to reduce downtime and waste.
• Coordinate equipment installations, modifications and facility improvements.
