Job summary

Eaton’s ES GEIS CHD division is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Washington, PA site. This onsite role will lead maintenance activities across production equipment and facility systems and support safety, TPM and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will supervise maintenance technicians, drive preventive and predictive maintenance, and partner with Operations, Engineering, EHS, and Supply Chain to improve plant performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of two (2) years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of five (5) years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise maintenance technicians and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
• Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective actions to improve reliability.
• Drive TPM initiatives to reduce downtime and improve OEE and equipment reliability.
• Coordinate equipment installations, modifications and facility improvements.
