Job summary

CPM, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Operations & Maintenance professional in Deerfield, IL to provide above-and-beyond resident service and keep the community looking great.

You'll report to the Service Supervisor and handle day-to-day maintenance and safety. You’ll diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry and more, manage work orders via smart tech apps, and contribute to curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Brings hands-on maintenance or related trade experience and readiness to hit the ground running.
• Willingness to work overtime, on-call shifts, and non-traditional schedules including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, flooring, and more.
• Maintain appearance and safety of the property; perform grounds upkeep and related tasks.
• Use software/apps daily to manage, track, and complete work orders.
