Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in maintenance or related trade.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs (250 lbs with assistance).
• Able to use computers, tablets, and phones for work orders.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances and other systems.
• Maintain property appearance and safety, including grounds and curb appeal.
• Utilize software/apps to manage work orders and track tasks.
• Provide exceptional resident service with a professional attitude.
