Job summary

ABB Bartlesville is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of facility systems and production equipment on site. You will oversee technicians and contractors, drive preventive/predictive programs, and coordinate capital projects to minimize downtime and ensure safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Maintenance, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance, facilities, or reliability experience in manufacturing.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience leading technicians/contractors.
• Experience with work order systems, maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and RCA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance technicians and contractors, establishing priorities and schedules.
• Oversee maintenance and reliability of facility infrastructure, utilities, and equipment.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
• Coordinate troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, and capital projects with cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and environmental requirements are met in all activities.
• Manage budgets, spare parts, and service providers to optimize resources.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean and reliability‑based maintenance practices.
