Job summary

RTX is seeking a Maintenance Working Leader for the Columbus Forge facility. The role focuses on reliability and efficiency, maintaining and repairing complex machinery with electronic, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.

On-site leadership includes supervising daily activities and coordinating with contractors. The position operates on a weekend day shift (Fri-Sun, 7:00 am–7:00 pm) and emphasizes safety, documentation, and collaborative problem solving to support

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6+ years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing, maintenance, or technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee onsite contractors.
• Perform daily and monthly planned maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Calibrate and service electronic and electrical systems, power distribution, and instrumentation.
• Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with team members on continuous improvement and EH&S adherence.
