Job summary

RTX is seeking a Maintenance Working Leader for the Columbus Forge facility in the United States. This on-site role focuses on maintaining and repairing complex machinery with electronic, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components to ensure reliability and production efficiency.

The position is a 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 11:30 pm–7:00 am). Candidates will troubleshoot, perform planned maintenance, calibrate systems, and document activities while supporting continuous

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6+ years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing, maintenance, or technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee onsite contractors.
• Perform daily and monthly planned maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot electronic, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Conduct tests with oscilloscopes and digital tools to identify faults.
• Replace/components like amplifiers, logic cards, memory units, and PCBs as needed.
• Calibrate and service electronic and electrical systems and power distribution.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.
• Collaborate with the team on continuous improvement and EH&S policies.
