Two Coast Living is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for an onsite role at Manchester Lakes in Alexander, VA. The position oversees daily maintenance, leads staff, and ensures property facilities meet company standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance experience in property management or hospitality environments.
• 1+ year of experience supervising two or more employees.
• 1+ years of inventory control, ordering, & procurement.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance across the property, addressing work orders promptly and identifying issues to prevent escalation.
• Manage apartment turnover by tracking make-ready activities and maintaining the make-ready board.
• Supervise, train, and support maintenance team members with hands-on participation and troubleshooting as needed.
• Communicate with residents and the Property Management team to ensure professional service and minimize disruption during maintenance and turnover.
• Maintain a safety-first approach with proper handling of chemicals and compliance with OSHA and regulations.
