Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of direct team supervisory experience or at least 5 months as an internal GM per diem group leader.
• Experience reading electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic blueprints.
• Experience solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience managing conflict and performance.
• Demonstrate a high analytical ability to solve complex problems.
• Basic computer proficiency (Word, email).
• Must be willing to work weekends and rotating shifts.
• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Analyze and respond promptly to the manufacturing daily plan and adjust operations as required.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Drive accountability through people and processes, including difficult conversations.
• Conduct checks and tests, and evaluate results.
• Proactively offer solutions to operational or technical issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain productivity and quality to standards.
• Supervise use of labor, inventory, and machinery to meet goals.
• Establish a course of action to complete jobs or projects.
