Qualifications

• Supervisory experience leading a group of hourly workers.
• Strong problem-solving in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Effective interpersonal and conflict-management skills.
• Experience managing, leading people and addressing performance concerns.
• Demonstrate strong analytical ability to solve complex problems.
• Basic computer proficiency (Word, typing, email).
• Willingness to work weekends and rotating shifts.
• 18 years of age or older; High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Analyze and respond promptly to the daily manufacturing plan and adjust operations as needed.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

• Conduct checks and tests and communicate evaluation results.

• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain productivity and quality in line with standards.
