Job summary
Epiroc is seeking a Maintenance Electrical Technician to perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems. The role emphasizes electronics while covering mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic tasks.
Work is onsite with a Friday-Sunday 6 AM–4:30 PM shift. Candidates should have electrical/troubleshooting expertise, PLC and VFD experience, and strong safety practices in a manufacturing setting.
Qualifications
- Strong electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems skills.
- Solid troubleshooting ability.
- Experience using testing equipment and multi-meters.
- Understanding of facilities electrical wiring and components.
- 2–4 years of Industrial Maintenance experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, emergency, corrective and predictive maintenance of facility and production equipment.
- Install, troubleshoot and repair electrical and control systems including PLCs and VFDs.
- Read equipment manuals and work orders to perform maintenance.
- Diagnose problems and replace parts; test and adjust equipment.
- Maintain facilities buildings and test pads.
- Follow safety and environmental guidelines.
