Job summary

Epiroc is seeking a Maintenance Electrical Technician in Garland, TX to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production equipment and facility systems. The role emphasizes electronics but includes mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic work.

Onsite shift Fridays through Sundays, 6 AM–4:30 PM, with a safety‑driven environment. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in industrial maintenance, strong troubleshooting, and familiarity with PLCs, VFDs and electrical schematics.

Qualifications

Strong electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems skills.
Solid troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency with testing equipment and multimeters.
Firm understanding of facilities electrical wiring and components.
Journeyman’s license a plus.
Welding & fabrication experience a plus.
2–4 years of Industrial Maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, emergency, corrective and predictive maintenance of facility and production equipment.
Read and interpret equipment manuals, mechanical prints, electrical schematics and line diagrams.
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust equipment.
Maintain facilities buildings and test pads; read manuals and work orders.
Read electrical schematics and relay logic; modify PLC programs as needed.
Maintain records in the Maintenance Management system; communicate status to management.
Follow safety and environmental regulations and company policies.
