Job summary

TSP talent is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our on-site manufacturing facility. You will operate and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control systems to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.

This role requires Journeyman Electrician certification and NEC knowledge, a valid drivers license, and the ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician certification and knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC).
• Valid drivers license and ability to operate company vehicles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn company-specific systems.
• Physical ability to climb, work in elevated or outdoor conditions, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain company equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems
• Perform repairs, inspections, and troubleshooting following safety and quality procedures
• Assist with electrical safety programs and ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations
• Recommend process or safety improvements and implement new devices or hardware as needed
• Maintain detailed equipment records and documentation
