Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• At least five (5) years’ experience in plumbing and maintenance.
• Journeyman Plumbing license or equivalent.
• Backflow Prevention certificate.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety precautions and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, replace and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Perform basic electrical wiring for heaters and control devices.
• Read blueprints and plan layouts from drawings and instructions.
• Coordinate with other trades and stock material requirements.
• Respond to on-site maintenance emergencies as required.
