Thrivent is seeking an Associate Fulfillment Processor for an on-site role at one of our corporate locations in Wisconsin. You will handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages, pick and pack orders, and support event assemblies while ensuring high-quality, client-focused service.

You will help with mail distribution, scanning, and daily upkeep of distribution areas, always adhering to safety SOPs and Thrivent standards. A strong team attitude and reliability are essential.

Competenze

• High school graduate or GED.
• Meticulous and laser focused with a high degree of accuracy and client centricity.
• Growth mindset and adaptability with strong customer service skills.
• Self-directed and accountable.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Comply with safety standards and PPE as required.

Mansioni

• Process incoming and outgoing mail for Thrivent and affiliates, including scanning items as needed.
• Pickup and deliver mail and packages to ensure correct routing.
• Pick and pack supply orders and requisitions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in setting up and taking down projects or events in offices and warehouses.
• Fulfill assemblies or projects to meet service and quality standards.
• Address quality concerns and work with resources to resolve issues.
• Adhere to Thrivent SOPs and safety standards.
• Clean and restock mail stops and distribution areas daily.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.
• Support a high performing team and contribute to its success.
