Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Meticulous with a high degree of accuracy and client focus.

• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand most of the day.
• Follow safety standards and PPE as required.
• Preferred: knowledge of Thrivent products, Lean Six Sigma training, 1+ year of order fulfillment, USPS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing mail for Thrivent and affiliates.
• Pickup and deliver mail to ensure items reach the correct recipient.
• Pick and pack supply orders and projects with accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down projects or events in offices and warehouse.
• Fulfill assemblies or projects efficiently to meet quality standards.
• Identify and address quality concerns with appropriate resources.
• Maintain clean and restocked mail stops and work areas daily.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed and support a high-performing team.
