Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of supply chain planning or relevant experience.
• Experience with SAP ERP and ability to troubleshoot planning or master data.
• Experience in supply planning, procurement, and inventory management.
• Strong Excel skills and data analytics experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate across functions.
• Self-directed, proactive with good time management and detail orientation.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and communicate supply plans for assigned product lines to support commitments and inventory goals.
• Analyze supply, demand, inventory and planning data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Maintain SAP master data and planning parameters for accurate outputs.
• Identify and update inaccurate or outdated data; coordinate updates.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive planning and master data tasks.
• Coordinate planning and procurement activities for ECOs and product transitions.
• Lead/planned cross-functional meetings to communicate risks and actions.
• Develop analytical tools, dashboards and reports to support planning decisions.
• Support SAP troubleshooting and data issues impacting planning or delivery.
• Establish SOPs and governance for planning, master data and PLM.
• Monitor inventory performance and drive improvements in availability and working capital.
