Springs Window Fashions is hiring a Supply Chain Data Analyst at our Corporate Headquarters in the Madison, WI area. This is a hybrid role with three days in office and two days remote. The role focuses on leveraging data to drive decision-making and process improvements across the supply chain.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, with advanced SQL, Power BI, and Anaplan skills, and experience communicating data-driven insights to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, data analytics, or related field; master's is a plus.
• 2+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in supply chain.
• Proficiency with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Advanced Power BI skills for dashboards and visualization.
• Hands-on Anaplan modeling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis and reporting to monitor supply chain metrics and trends.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards; monitor data quality and accuracy.
• Build and optimize Anaplan models for demand planning and inventory management.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, finance, and IT to translate business needs into data solutions.
• Ensure data governance, validation, cleansing, and documentation across sources.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support various supply chain initiatives.
