Springs Window Fashions in the Madison, WI area is seeking a Supply Chain Data Analyst to empower the supply chain with data-driven decisions. The role is hybrid (3 in-office days, 2 remote) and requires strong SQL, Power BI, and Anaplan skills to transform data into actionable insights.

You will build dashboards, model demand planning and inventory, and collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT to drive process improvements and data governance across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in supply chain.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation and analysis.
• Advanced experience with Power BI for dashboards and visualization.
• Hands-on experience with Anaplan, including model building and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Use SQL to extract, manipulate and analyze large datasets; develop dashboards and reports in Power BI to monitor key metrics.
• Anaplan Modeling: Build, maintain and optimize supply chain models in Anaplan to support demand planning and inventory management.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate supply chain processes through data analysis and recommendations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with supply chain, procurement, finance and IT to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Data Governance: Ensure data quality and consistency across sources; implement validation, cleansing and documentation.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Provide timely insights to support various initiatives.
