Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead programmatic oversight of mechanical and electrical systems, focusing on commissioning new installations, warranty management, and root-cause analysis. You will guide engineering teams and vendor groups to deliver projects, optimize performance, and ensure safety and compliance.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, budgets, and contract management, with site work at JFK Airport and on-site oversight five days a week

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Experience in M&E commissioning, warranty management or technical engineering roles.
• Strong root cause analysis, failure investigation and reporting skills.
• Experience managing warranty programs and coordinating claims with manufacturers/contractors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical reporting and stakeholder presentations.

Aufgaben

• Lead commissioning activities for M&E systems and system upgrades with proper handover and validation.
• Manage warranty programs across M&E systems, track defects, coordinate vendor responses and resolve claims.
• Conduct root cause investigations and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies and technical standards.
• Coach engineering teams in commissioning, failure analysis and warranty administration.
• Oversee vendor performance, ensure compliance with specifications and contracts.
