Wellesley Family Care Associates in Needham, MA seeks a full-time LPN for on-site care. The nurse will perform scheduled visits, administer vaccines, and conduct POCT under physician supervision, with a focus on accurate documentation and patient safety.

In this role you will also provide triage support by phone when possible, collaborate with providers and nursing staff, and ensure smooth clinic operations in a busy primary care setting.

Competenze

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in Massachusetts.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Competent in injections and immunizations.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.

Mansioni

• Conduct scheduled nurse visits per orders and protocols.
• Administer immunizations and document accurately.
• Perform blood pressure and vitals checks; report results.
• Carry out nursing procedures (EKGs, sutures, TB tests).
• Record results in EHR and flag abnormalities quickly.
• Support Medicare wellness visits under physician supervision.
• Maintain supplies and support CLIA compliance.
