Job summary

A-Line Staffing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a primary care clinic in West Acton, MA. This part-time position offers 20-30 hours per week across 2-3 days with every other weekend, and hours align with a Monday–Friday, 8:30am–7:30pm window plus weekend shifts.

The role involves administering vaccines and medications, monitoring vitals, patient assessments, and coordinating care with the on-site team. Benefits are available for full-time staff, with a 401(k) matching plan.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN with primary care, urgent care or ER experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer vaccinations, injections and medications.
• Record vital signs and document accurately.
• Perform patient assessments and monitor treatment responses.
• Provide emergency care with on-site provider support.
• Review medications for side effects and interactions.
• Conduct mental health screenings.
• Document patient histories in EHR.
• Educate patients on medications and self-care.
• Coordinate access to healthcare services.
• Communicate with patients, families and staff.
• Handle patient registration, appointments and reminders.
• Assist with patient flow and waiting room management.
• Chaperone during sensitive examinations.
• Maintain clean, stocked examination rooms and spaces.
• Support clinical and administrative duties.
