Job summary

You will plan schedules with the Logistics Manager, monitor KPI, ensure safety, and drive continuous improvement. Successful candidate will have HS diploma, 0–1 year supervisory experience, and 1+ year in transportation or distribution.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• 0 to 1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience.
• 1 year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Establish schedules and procedures; coordinate activities to meet standards and customer specs.
• Monitor KPIs; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Ensure health, safety and security practices are followed; lead orientation for staff.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to improve processes.
