Job summary

eTeam is seeking a Logistics Specialist in South San Francisco, CA, to support end-to-end product flow for hazardous and R&D materials, clinical drug products, and inventory control. This 12-month, onsite role requires strict adherence to SOPs, regulatory standards, and quality expectations.

You will handle international shipments, receive and dispense goods, and manage destruction processes, with a focus on accuracy and timely execution in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–5 years of relevant warehouse/inventory experience.
• IATA certification and international shipping knowledge preferred.
• Ability to meet TSA requirements and CCSP certification.
• Experience with warehouse equipment and safety compliance.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Process hazardous materials, R&D materials, and shipments.
• Manage international shipments, including documentation and packaging.
• Receive and dispense finished goods, WIP and packaging components.
• Pick, pack, and ship clinical finished drug products domestically and internationally.
• Process rejected, returned, or expired drug products for destruction.
• Coordinate and schedule destruction activities with approved sites.
• Maintain the inventory control system for drug products.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and ensure accurate reconciliation.
• Operate material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Become proficient in SOPs and train new team members.
• Access internal systems and document properly per retention policies.
