Actalent in South San Francisco, CA is seeking a Logistics Specialist to support end-to-end product flow for hazardous materials, clinical drug products, and inventory management. This is a 100% onsite contract position with an initial one-year assignment and potential extension.

You will handle shipping, receiving, documentation, and cycle counts, using RF scanners and inventory systems, while complying with GMP/GDP, TSA rules, and internal SOPs.

Formación

• High school diploma.
• 5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control concepts.
• Understanding of shipping and supply chain processes.
• Ability to meet TSA requirements and CCSP certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Onsite work in a warehouse environment.

Responsabilidades

• Process hazardous materials shipments per regs and internal procedures.
• Manage international shipments and documentation.
• Receive and dispense finished goods and components.
• Pick, pack, and ship clinical finished drug products domestically and internationally.
• Maintain inventory control and perform cycle counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain clean work areas.
• Assist with SOPs and training.
