Job summary

Regional International is seeking a Warehouse/Shipping Coordinator for full-time, in-person work in Buffalo, NY. The role requires handling orders, shipping coordination, and stock checks, with a pay range of $19.00–$22.00 per hour.

Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months of general work experience, a New York driver license, and the willingness to learn motorized warehouse equipment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months general work experience.
• Valid New York State Driver License.
• Willingness to learn and be certified in operating motorized warehouse equipment.
• Ability to use a personal computer and learn software programs.

Responsibilities

• Unload and check-in all incoming orders, match items to packing slips, and post items to KARMAK system.
• Coordinate all interbranch orders (incoming and outgoing).
• Work with drivers to schedule deliveries or pickups.
• Coordinate shipping for outgoing items by size, weight, and method.
• Pick, label, and bill orders as needed by Retail/Internal Parts Specialists.
• Check and maintain stock levels and ensure paperwork is routed properly.
