CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. seeks a Manager – Site to lead operations onsite at a customer location in Perris, CA. You will drive performance, safety, and profitability while managing multiple teams and maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will oversee budgets, collaborate with planning and maintenance, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires flexibility, DOT compliance awareness, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: managing transportation or logistics operations with multiple teams or accounts.
• Leadership: able to lead, coach, and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer Focus: strong ability to manage relationships and conduct business reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations onsite at a customer location, managing performance, safety, and profitability.
• Supervise and develop fleet managers, dispatch managers, and staff to ensure accountability and engagement.
• Own the customer relationship and lead rate discussions and performance reviews.
• Manage site budgets, monitor cost drivers, and drive profitability and utilization.
• Promote a safety-first culture and ensure DOT compliance and customer standards.
• Track KPIs, analyze results, and implement corrective actions to meet goals.
• Coordinate with planning, maintenance, and safety teams to optimize resources.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service.
• Be available to support operations outside standard hours; travel may be required (Ohio for driver visits).
• Maintain regular attendance and reliability.
