You will lead frontline teams, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with dispatch, maintenance, and customer service to keep routes moving. This is a leadership role with a focus on safety, DOT/OSHA compliance, and delivering dependable service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in operations or service environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Solid waste experience and bilingual Spanish preferred.
