Tech Mirrors seeks an SAP Lead specializing in LE, WM, and IM to drive logistics execution solutions across outbound delivery and warehouse operations. The role demands extensive SAP experience and the ability to lead a team, coordinate integrations, and deliver robust processes.

The candidate will work in a hybrid setting in Franklin Lakes, NJ, collaborating with business and IT to optimize order fulfillment, inventory management, and third-party logistics interfaces.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of SAP experience with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Logistics Execution and a minimum of 5 years in LE & SAP WM focused roles.
• Deep functional expertise in SAP LE with emphasis on delivery processing and outbound configurations.
• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP WM and IM including warehouse structures, goods movements, and LE-WM-IM integration.
• Strong experience with LE-WM and LE-TRA on sales and outbound logistics.
• Hands-on experience with SAP WM RF transactions and custom RF transaction flows.
• Knowledge of SAP SD order management across sales orders, deliveries, and warehouse execution.
• Proven ability to investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex logistics issues and propose scalable SAP solutions.
• Experience with stock transport orders, cross-plant logistics, and master data integration.
• Experience defining business processes and contributing to integration architecture.
• Leading and mentoring a team with technical guidance and design oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP LE/WM/IM functional design and delivery for logistics projects.
• Configure outbound logistics, delivery processing, and determination frameworks.
• Oversee LE-WM-IM integration, warehouse structures, and goods movements.
• Coordinate LE-WM-TRA activities in sales and outbound logistics.
• Work with SAP WM RF transactions and custom RF flows.
• Analyze and resolve issues across SAP SD, LE, WM, IM modules for orders and shipments.
• Guide integration architecture and data mapping for cross-plant flows.
• Provide ABAP enhancement ownership including pricing runs and shipment costs.
• Review functional specs and support development teams.
• Mentor team members and provide design oversight.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate solutions clearly.
