Zenni Optical in Novato, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics & Event Support Associate to help manage shipping operations and event logistics. This hourly onsite role reports to Distribution & Facilities and requires strong organization, communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include shipping, packing, labeling, inventory movement, and event support across trade shows, pop-ups, and internal activities.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to coordinate logistics for events and trade shows.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily shipping and distribution operations.
• Support order processing, packing, labeling, and shipment preparation.
• Coordinate outbound and inbound shipments with carriers and internal teams.
• Maintain organized inventory, supplies, and shipping materials.
• Support inventory counts and event setup/teardown.
