Ryder is hiring a Logistics Coordinator in El Paso, TX to balance inbound and outbound warehouse processes and coordinate with carriers to meet daily production needs.

The role requires solid communication skills, at least a HS diploma, and preferred experience in clerical or warehouse work. Bilingual Spanish is a strong plus, with full-time hours Monday through Friday and hourly pay of $18.00.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• One year or more clerical or warehouse experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inbound/outbound processes in Warehouse Management System to meet daily production needs.
• Create/maintain daily dock schedules and communicate with carriers.
• Interact with customers and contractors to answer shipment times and load statuses.
• Make quick, reliable decisions balancing customer and company interests.
• Perform basic administrative tasks.
• Support after-hours needs as needed.
