Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Laredo, TX is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator to join our distribution team. The role involves coordinating warehouse activities, data entry, and supporting shipping/receiving.

You will work in a safety-focused environment with modern equipment and a Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm schedule, with weekly pay. We offer benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse/distribution clerk experience preferred.
• Ability to make quick, reliable decisions representing customer and Ryder.
• Strong written, organizational, and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of WMS systems preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred; equipment certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Performs administrative tasks for area or shift, maintains filing per SOP.
• Generates daily/weekly/monthly reports, memos, and summaries.
• Coordinates activities with clerks, customers, and providers.
• Recognizes and resolves discrepancies related to warehouse, transportation, and inventory.
• Gathers information from employees pertaining to area of support.
• Uses WMS to update area or shift metrics as needed.
• May operate equipment and be required to be equipment certified.
• Additional duties and overtime as needed.
