Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into the system promptly and accurately.
• Monitor driver deliveries and pickups using track-and-trace.
• Prepare reports to support efficient logistics management.
• Maintain knowledge of customer accounts and requirements.
• Build relationships with onsite and external customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Resolve inquiries promptly and ensure carrier/partner compliance.
• Collaborate with dispatch to prevent and resolve issues in real time.
• Proactively trace and monitor loads to prevent problems.
