Job summary

Exalta Group in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Logistics Associate I to support inbound receiving, inventory control, and outbound shipments. You will work with warehouse staff, suppliers, and carriers to ensure accurate documentation and timely deliveries in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Associate degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience coordinating shipments or inventory control is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and receipt of materials and products.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, including receiving, storage, and distribution activities.
• Assist in preparing shipping documents such as bills of lading, packing lists, and customs paperwork.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to organize storage and proper handling of materials.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve logistics issues and improve processes.
• Support compliance with safety regulations and company policies related to material handling and transportation.
• Utilize logistics software and systems to update shipment status and inventory data.
