HP, Inc. is seeking an Outbound Operations Lead / Analyst to orchestrate shipping activities onsite at our East Coast DC in Hagerstown, MD.

The role blends shop-floor coordination with analytics, working with 3PL, Transportation, Customer Support and IT to ensure orders depart on time, in full, and with accuracy. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Supply Chain or related field, 2+ years in outbound/shipping operations, SAP/ERP familiarity, and strong Excel plus Power BI/Tableau skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or equivalent.
• 2+ years in outbound/shipping operations in distribution, fulfillment, or manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP/WMS (e.g., SAP) and 4PL transport processes.
• Proficiency with Excel and a data-visualization tool (Power BI or Tableau).
• Strong communication and influence skills; able to coordinate with 3PL and remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outbound operations, ensuring timely order fulfillment and shipping.
• Lead process improvements to reduce cycle times and improve on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Warehouse, IT, and Transportation teams.
• Track real-time metrics and take countermeasures when performance drifts.
• Serve as main contact for expedites, configuration changes, and shipment issues.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for outbound operations and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct outbound quality audits and drive corrective actions with 3PL floor leaders.
• Train warehouse staff on picking, packing, and shipping best practices.
• Participate in layout optimization and packaging-related projects.
• Analyse order, carrier, and freight-cost data and translate insights into roadmaps.
