Job summary

Four Hands is seeking an Analyst, Outbound Logistics to manage carrier relationships, improve OTP, and drive data-driven insights. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, and Warehouse to ensure accurate reporting and timely delivery.

The role offers hands-on experience in logistics analytics and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-growing furniture company. You will own performance meetings, resolve shipment issues, and contribute to quarterly business reviews while expanding your data

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience communicating with external carrier contacts and leading meetings.
• Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and data reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of Power BI or similar dashboards.
• Experience working with large datasets across multiple carriers, systems, and formats.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationship management for assigned carriers and lead recurring performance meetings.
• Manage distressed shipment communications and drive issue resolution with carriers.
• Resolve invoice exceptions and billing discrepancies for assigned carriers.
• Root-cause OTP and service issues, identifying corrective actions.
• Own recurring performance reporting and data tracking for stakeholders.
• Contribute to OTP scorecard data for carrier QBRs.
• Maintain dashboards and data sources (Power BI) supporting reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, and Sales Ops to align logistics with business goals.
• Assist in ad hoc data and reporting requests from leadership.
