Job summary

TalentBridge is hiring for a Lockbox Processor/Mail Processor on an onsite basis in Tukwila, WA 98188. The contract lasts 3 months with potential extensions based on performance. Work 40 hours weekly, Thursday through Monday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, earning $23 per hour with weekly pay.

Key tasks include 10-key data entry, payment processing and posting, and data entry of check amounts with high accuracy. Overtime may be required during peak periods; benefits are available to employees.

• 10-key data entry required with high accuracy.
• Fast keystroke speed and data-entry proficiency for payments.
• Ability to process mail and lockbox-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform 10-key data entry with accuracy and speed targets.
• Process payments and post payments to the system.
• Enter check amounts and ensure correct data entry.
• Scan and process payments received by mail.
• Enter invoices and related data entries.
• Correct mis-keyed mail and data-entry errors.
• Support lockbox processing as the primary function.
