Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a dedicated TurboTax location in the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and support software use while coordinating with a broader team to deliver a seamless client experience. You will also grow the local TurboTax client base through community outreach and events, building trust and long-term relationships while leveraging marketing tools to maximize client

Qualifikationen

• Active licensure in EA/CPA or attorney preferred with strong tax knowledge.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid 1040 prep experience using professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location; 20+ hours/week; 8:00–17:00 schedule.
• Must complete company training and development programs.
• Uniforms provided and use of name/picture for advertising may apply.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence in the community.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client prep from simple to complex scenarios.
• Collaborate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for end-to-end solutions.
• Grow local client base via outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with accurate tax solutions and planning guidance.
• Engage clients in person and via TurboTax tools to expand services and loyalty.
