Job summary

OneMain Financial seeks a Loan Sales Specialist to help customers access friendly, fast, and affordable financing. You will engage with clients across channels and advocate tailored loan solutions.

You will manage loan life cycles, support collections when needed, and collaborate with other departments to meet branch goals. A strong service mindset and bilingual Spanish skills are a plus. The role is on site in Harvey, LA with weekday hours and occasional Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred experience in Sales, Collections or Customer Service.
• Bilingual - Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands, ensuring timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations by delivering tailored loan solutions.
• Develop and maintain connections with customers throughout the loan life cycle.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections with compliance.
• Engage with customers across phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate drive to achieve, goal-oriented and proactive.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products.
