The role focuses on timely, accurate documentation handling, compliance with lending rules, and clear communication with clients and lenders. Weekend hours may be required based on business needs.

Qualificações

• Strong time management and organizational skills are required.
• Attention to detail is critical for accurate loan documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and track incoming documentation for loan applications.
• Review documents to meet quality and content standards and ensure compliance with lending programs.
• Communicate results to internal and external parties.
• Adhere to applicable local, state, and federal laws; complete required training including AFSA.
• Support on-site processing during Monday–Friday 8am–5pm (or 8:30am–5:30pm); some weekend hours may be required.
