Job summary

Calculated Hire is seeking an entry-level Loan Document Operations Analyst in Des Moines for a 6-month, in-office contract (W2). The role supports paper-based loan processes, redisclosure handling, and settlement reviews in a structured, cubicle environment.

You will prepare and ship documents, update loan origination systems, and collaborate with settlement agents and internal teams. Training is provided and attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle and process paper loan documents in an in-office setting.
• Prepare, print, package, and ship letters and loan documentation.
• Update loan origination systems accurately and timely.
• Support Closing Disclosure (CD) review and related redisclosure requests.
• Manage and respond to requests through shared team mailboxes and SharePoint queues.
• Complete redisclosure documents and submit required requests when changes are identified.
• Perform refund and settlement review processes, ensuring figures tie out before initiating refunds.
• Communicate with internal partners including settlement agents and other operational teams.
• Maintain accuracy, organization, and productivity in a structured operations environment.
