Job summary

Community Bank, N.A. is seeking a Loan Operations Consumer Document Review Representative 1 to support onboarding of loan and collateral documentation, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and proper posting in Jack Henry & Associates Xperience.

The role emphasizes attention to detail and timely processing across LOS integrations. The position requires 40 hours weekly, with compensation commensurate with experience and benefits including holidays, medical, 401K, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates Degree in business related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Preference will be given to a candidate with at least one year experience in banking and knowledge of lending documents.

Responsibilities

• Review loan documentation and verify new loan information for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and issue exceptions for errors in calculations or missing documentation.
• Ensure accuracy of contract figures, disclosures, signatures and documentation for loan types.
• Enter new/updated data for renewals and modifications in the core system.
• Process cross-applications to move funds/fees to the general ledger during onboarding.
• Review and verify auto transfer forms for system accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to the role.
• Research and resolve onboarding and collateral-related issues.
