Opensity is seeking a Litigation Service Specialist to work on-site in Minneapolis, delivering imaging, OCR, Bates labeling, and load-file setup while coordinating with paralegals, the litigation support team, and attorneys to meet client needs.

The role requires a high school diploma and experience with scanning software, PDF/TIFF manipulation, and Adobe Acrobat. You will support printers and scanners and train others on new technologies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Office experience with scanning software and familiarity with manipulating PDF and TIFF files.
• Hardware familiarity with multifunction printers and scanners, plus basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Capture images and data per client formats.
• Setup and conversion for print projects.
• Convert image formats (PDF, TIFF, JPEG).
• Ensure quality and timeliness of client deliverables.
• Communicate project status effectively.
• Train staff on technology and projects.
