Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Linux System and Security Analyst to analyze, troubleshoot, automate, and perform cybersecurity activities in a Culver City onsite role. The position requires a DCSA clearance within 15 months and involves high-level security, risk assessment, and IT operations across Linux/Windows environments.

You will apply STIGs, support vulnerability management, and document IT infrastructure while collaborating with engineering and R&D teams. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent.
• 3+ years Linux-related work experience with CLI proficiency.
• Experience with Linux/Windows systems, networking, patching and backups.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues with system-level changes.
• Design secure systems compliant with CMMC and NIST CSF.
• Provide Linux/Windows system and network support for the company.
• Apply STIG guidance and maintain IT infrastructure documentation.
• Oversee hardware lifecycle and vulnerability management.
