Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a data-driven developer to build and maintain data migration and conversion tools, test scripts, and deployment timelines with the project team. You will bridge customer business needs with technical delivery, ensuring end-user expectations are met while coordinating with project stakeholders.

The role requires collaboration with customers, strong communication, and the ability to work in high-security environments under CJIS policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology.
• High School diploma.
• 3+ years in Systems Integration, Software Engineering, Product Development, System Test, System Support, IT or similar disciplines.
• Ability to obtain a background clearance for government customers.

Responsibilities

• Build/maintain data migration and conversion tools.
• Test scripts and deployment timelines with the project team.
• Collaborate with customers to fulfill business objectives and end-user expectations.
• Perform system integration of data migration solutions and communicate findings clearly.
