Job summary

RevCats in Charleston, South Carolina seeks an onsite legal support professional for a contract-to-hire role assisting attorneys with time entry, billing, filings and scheduling. Three positions are available.

The position starts at $25/hour on W2 during the contract period, with a target of $60,000 annual salary upon full-time conversion after six months. Excellent benefits and bonus programs are offered. Candidates must be able to work beyond standard hours when needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of legal experience.
• Excellent Microsoft Office, typing, proofreading, organization, and communication skills.
• Willing to work beyond standard hours when responsibilities require it.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through time entry, billing, client and court correspondence, proofreading, formatting and preparation of multi-state and federal filings, e-filing, docket management, travel arrangements, scheduling, document redlining, and closing binders.
